Overview

The inception of The Life Clinic (TLC) in July 2009 marked the beginning of a transformative journey in healthcare. Founded near Nayabazar High School by Drs. Sanghamitra Dash and Harischandra Mishra, both returning from their educational pursuits in Hyderabad, TLC initially served as an outpatient clinic. Recognizing the growing need for comprehensive healthcare services, “The Life Seva Trust” was formally established in November 2011, under registration number 1432/2011. Mr. Natabar Panda assumed the role of Chairman cum Managing Trustee, with Mrs. Kanaklata Panda, Dr. Harischandra Mishra, and Dr. Sanghamitra Dash as trustees.

The evolution of TLC into a 12-bedded hospital, named The Life Seva Trust under registration number 1409/2012, on 25th November 2011, marked a significant milestone in our journey. This transition was propelled by the vision to provide specialized care in Obstetrics, Gynecology, Gastroenterology, Surgery, Urology, Oncology, and more. In 2014, Drs. Dash and Mishra jointly laid the foundation stone for a new hospital building in Potapokhari, near the Block Office, Nayabazar, Cuttack.

The culmination of our efforts came to fruition on May 9, 2016, the auspicious day of Akshaya Tritiya, as the hospital was relocated and commenced operations at its new premises. Now functioning as a tertiary care center specializing in Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Gastroenterology, our facility boasts 40 beds and advanced amenities including ICU, NICU, Dialysis, Modular OT, and Modern Labor room. This expansion reflects our unwavering commitment to providing exemplary healthcare services to our community.
