Overview of The Life Village Health Camp Programme

The inaugural Village Health Camp, known as “The Life Village Health Camp,” took place successfully on February 16, 2020 (third Sunday) at Bhagaban Nanda High School, Panasa, P.O-Lalbag, Dist-Jajpur. The event commenced at 7:30 AM and concluded at 5:00 PM. The camp was inaugurated by Shri Narayan Chandra Dhal, the Jajpur District Sub Collector, and attended by Shri Sourav Chakraborty, BDO, Jajpur, Shri Asis Kumar Sahoo, IIC, Jajpur Town, Shri Natabar Panda (Chairman cum Managing Trustee of The Life Seva Trust), Shri Babha Prasad Das, Shri Shyam Sunder Satpathy, Ms. Monalisa Pati (Sarpanch of Panasa Panchayat), Shri Suresh Pati, and other prominent social activists from the region. The event included various activities such as free consultations, blood investigations, endoscopy, protoscopy, pap smear, Hepatitis B detection, and vaccination. More than 600 patients participated in the camp.

Mega Free Village Health Camp : 31st AUG 2022- WEDNESDAY

Outpatient department (OPD) consultations are available for Gastroenterology, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Medicine, Surgery, Dental, and Orthopedics.

Services include endoscopy for gastric cancer screening, sigmoidoscopy, pathology tests (Hb%, DC, TLC, ESR, UREA/CREATININE, FBS, PPBS, LFT), colposcopy, and Pap smear for cervical cancer screening.

Dental examinations and tooth extractions are also provided.

Free screening for Hepatitis B and free Hepatitis B vaccination are available, along with the distribution of free medicines.
