The Life Financial Aid Scheme

This announcement is to inform the public that “The Life Seva Trust” is initiating a Financial Aid Scheme to provide assistance to needy and impoverished patients, reducing their financial burden during surgery or medical treatment, in addition to our existing program, “TLSS” (The Life Seva Scheme, held on the last Sunday of every month).

 

Scheme Provisions:

  • The discounted prices shall be determined based on the rates set for different surgeries annually in April of each year.

  • 20% Financial Assistance Scheme: Patients in dormitories or cabins, holding a BPL card or identified as economically disadvantaged by local MLA, Sarpanch, School Headmaster, or other prominent community members, will receive a 20% discount on surgical packages and medically managed cases. They will be provided with a card labeled “FAS-20.”

  • 10% Financial Assistance Scheme: Patients in non-AC single rooms or sharing rooms, holding a BPL card or identified as economically disadvantaged, will receive a 10% discount on surgical packages. They will be provided with a card labeled “FAS-10.”

  • 10% Financial Medicinal Assistance Scheme: All patients purchasing medicines from the pharmacy under The Life Seva Trust will receive a 10% discount, regardless of their financial status.

 

Who is Eligible for the Scheme?

  • Patients holding BPL cards or identified as economically disadvantaged by local MLA, Sarpanch, School Headmaster, or other prominent community members, and receiving treatment in dormitories (both surgical and medical management patients) or non-AC single rooms.

 

Who is Not Eligible for the Scheme?

  • Patients staying in AC or Deluxe rooms.

 

Data Management:

  • All patient details must be recorded in a register and collected in the form of coupons issued to each patient on a monthly basis, then analyzed annually.
